Directors Brook Cain & Brittney Dahlman met in 2007 while both dancing for the NBA's Utah Jazz. Together they opened Poise Dance Center in 2015. Poise Dance Center offers both competitive and recreational dance instruction for both boys and girls ages 2-18 in styles such as Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Cheer, Hip Hop, Tap, Acrobatics & Tumbling. Brook and Brittney have a combined 30 plus years of teaching experience and love sharing their passion for the art.
